1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using the Compasso website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you use Compasso on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must provide truthful, complete, and current information when creating an account, joining a waitlist, or subscribing to a plan.

  • You are responsible for protecting your password, authentication methods, and devices used to access the service.
  • Do not improperly share credentials or allow access by unauthorized third parties.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use, account compromise, or a security incident.

3. What Compasso provides

Compasso provides a digital platform for trip organization, travel finance planning, installment tracking, task management, and related reporting.

Compasso is not a travel agency, broker, financial institution, legal adviser, accounting firm, or investment adviser. The service is informational and decision-support software only, and does not replace independent professional advice.

Some features may be released as beta, early access, regional pilots, or waitlist-only functions. Those features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Compasso lawfully, safely, and in a way that fits the intended purpose of the product.

  • Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, harassment, sanctions violations, spam, phishing, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, technical limits, paywalls, rate limits, permission controls, or security mechanisms.
  • Do not engage in aggressive scraping, malicious reverse engineering, abusive automated benchmarking, database extraction, or attempts to copy substantial parts of the service.
  • Do not upload content that violates third-party rights, including personal data without a legal basis, intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidential information belonging to others.

5. Content and data you submit

You retain ownership of the documents, notes, figures, and other information you input into Compasso.

To the extent necessary to operate the service, you grant Compasso a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, technically copy, transmit, and display that data within the platform.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit and that the material does not violate the law or any third-party rights.

6. Plans, trials, and payments

Paid features, free trials, upgrades, and auto-renewing subscriptions may be offered under specific commercial terms disclosed at checkout or activation.

  • Pricing, currency, billing period, taxes, and any discounts will be shown before purchase confirmation.
  • You authorize charges to be processed by the payment providers selected by Compasso.
  • If there is non-payment, abusive chargeback activity, fraud, or a violation of these terms, we may suspend paid features or terminate the account, subject to applicable legal rights.

Where a promotional offer, free trial, or specific commercial condition has its own deadline or rule, that specific rule controls only for that context.

7. Third-party services

Compasso may integrate with third-party providers such as authentication tools, analytics vendors, payment processors, communication tools, maps, media, foreign exchange services, and travel-related products.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services, even when they are integrated into the Compasso experience.

8. Intellectual property

Compasso, its trademarks, layout, code, text, visuals, compiled databases, and other service elements are protected by intellectual property rights.

Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the service.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to keep the service available, but Compasso may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, architecture changes, feature deprecation, and incidents outside our reasonable control.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, infrastructure abuse, or conduct that puts other users at risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want to close your account, use the channels available in the product or email contact@compassoonline.app.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, total absence of errors, or any specific financial outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Outside those cases, Compasso is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Where a limitation is allowed, Compasso total liability for a given matter is limited to the amount you actually paid to Compasso in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Updates, governing law, and venue

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, our commercial model, or the law. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date.

Unless mandatory law in your place of residence says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The courts of Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these terms, unless applicable consumer law requires a different venue.
